1. All Sales Are Final
- All sales of excavators, attachments, and related equipment are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except as outlined below for damaged or defective products.
- Customers are encouraged to review product specifications, warranty details, and other relevant information before finalizing purchases.
2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Notification Period:
- Customers must notify us of any damage or defect within 5 business days of delivery.
- Notifications received after 5 business days may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
- Reporting Process:

- Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Return Process:
- Upon approval of the claim, we may arrange for a replacement, repair, or return based on the circumstances.
- If a return is authorized, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all components, within 10 business days
3. Exceptions to Returns
- Normal Wear and Tear: Returns are not accepted for damage resulting from standard usage or wear and tear.
- Shipping Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, customers must file a claim with the shipping provider. We will assist with the claims process if needed.
4. Warranty Coverage
- All equipment is covered under the limited manufacturer’s warranty, which includes terms for addressing defects or malfunctions.
- Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer, but we can provide guidance during the process.
5. Pre-Sale Assistance

- Optional Inspections: Customers may inspect equipment in person or virtually before purchase.
6. Custom Orders
- Custom orders, modifications, or equipment with specific configurations are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
